This paper presents an evaluation of design loads for FRP composite columns fabricated from a pultrusion process. An experimental investigation was performance on the behavior of three manufacturing products, including two column cross-section configurations with various lengths. The objectives of the research are to determine the ultimate load capacity of each group and to compare with the published design information. All full-scale columns were tested in a vertical position under axial compressive loads. The test results and analysis have provided a comprehensive evaluation of FRP Composite columns.
